Client: MPU is a Czech financial institution. MPU leases the build to suit facility to Global Logistics Solutions (GLS), a subsidiary of Foxconn, a Taiwanese multinational electronics contract manufacturing company.

Role of ILD:

• build-to-own development of a state-of-the-art logistics facility
• brownfield development
• short construction period of 6 months, including the demolition of existing buildings and massive underground structures
