Role of ILD:

• acquisition of the land (including expansion land)
• development and long-term leasing of a build-to-suit production facility
• the lay-out of both the production area and the offices was designed to meet FORSCHNER’s specific needs and allowed FORSCHNER to reduce its workforce
• integration of process infrastructure
• substantial savings related to process utilities (compressed air, lighting, etc.) were realized
