As the new COO of ILD, Michel Dewanckele will be responsible for the technical management and follow-up of all ILD real estate projects.
Michel Dewanckele is a civil engineer in construction (University of Ghent, Belgium) and also holds a degree in Advanced Management (Vlerick Business School, Belgium). During his 35-year career, Michel built up robust international experience in engineering and project management working with international players such as Tractebel-Engineering and VK Group. He steered projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Central and Southeast Asia and Africa. Michel Dewanckele is very skilled in international business development, an expertise that combines perfectly with the commercial activities and on-going expansion of ILD.
Within ILD Michel Dewanckele ensures the succession of Kris Ulens, who after 10 years of collaboration has taken on a different challenge. ILD wishes Kris all success in his future career and thanks him for the years of pleasant and constructive cooperation.
