ILD Opens up Romanian Market
In order to meet the growing demand from users for modern and functional industrial and logistics buildings in Romania, ILD recently started its activities in Romania and opened an in-country office in Bucharest.

ILD maintains very high standards when it comes to servicing its clients. The opening of a new office confirms ILD’s commitment to offering customized building solution value in Romania.
In order to develop its activities in Romania, ILD has recruited Laurentiu-Catalin Hanu as Country Manager. Hanu will supervise all of ILD’s activities in Romania. Architect by education, Hanu has been involved in real estate and land development in the Romanian market for over 10 years, building up an extensive experience.

Our development focus
In Romania, ILD will focus on the development of industrial and logistical build-to-suit projects, with a specific focus on buildings intended for production and/or assembly activities and specialized industrial buildings. ILD will offer both build-to-own and build-to-lease scenarios. ILD’s strategy is to realize both ‘stand-alone’projects and logistics parks in the Bucharest region. On peripheral locations in Romania, ILD will focus exclusively on the development of stand-alone projects.
